The tour can be considered confirmed after you receive the Confirmation Form with all practical information about the tour you booked.

The tour will run rain or shine, but in case of extraordinary events (such as flooding, strikes, or restoration works), the itinerary may be subject to change.

Due to circumstances beyond our control or unforeseen events, we may not be able to operate the tour. In that case, pre-paid tours will be fully refunded.

We are not legally responsible for services provided by third-party partners, such as transportation or workshop companies.

Remember that even during the tour parents are responsible for their children’s actions: don’t relax too much!

Since we are not a tour operator, according to the Italian Law we are responsible only for the quality of our service: we strongly recommend to arrange a travel insurance covering any kind of accidents that might occur during your trip (including a medical and personal insurance).
