    Information about our services

    The PRICE of our private tours is around €90/hour per party but it may change according to the duration, the kind of tour and the number of participants. Normally our tours last around 2 hours.

    Extra fee: €5 per kid for scavenger hunt kit (game material and little prize).

    An additional fee might be required for pick up far from the city centre.

    If you cancel your tour less than 1 week before, you will be subject to a 100% penalty.

    If you cancel within 1 week before, you will receive a refund (only 25€ will be withheld for bank/credit card commission and reservation fees).

    The tour can be considered confirmed after you receive the Confirmation Form with all practical information about the tour you booked.

    We are not legally responsible for services provided by other business partners.

    Due to circumstances beyond our control or unforeseen events, we might not be able to lead the tour.  Pre-paid tours will be fully refunded.

    Remember that even during the tour parents are responsible for their children’s actions: don’t relax too much!

    Since we are not a tour operator, according to the Italian Law we are responsible only for the quality of our service: we strongly recommend to arrange a travel insurance covering any kind of accidents that might occur during your trip (including a medical and personal insurance).

    SPECIAL NEEDS

    Please do not forget to inform us about any personal needs or problems (as walking difficulties, allergies) in order to let us find the best solution.

    WEATHER

    The tour will run rain or sunshine but in case of extraordinary events (such as flooding events, strikes or restoration works), tours might change

    DRESS CODE

    Please note that you must be properly dressed to enter churches (no shorts or miniskirts above the knees, no sleeveless garments).

    Backpacks are not allowed inside the Doge’s Palace (though purses and handbags are fine): the cloackroom is free of charge but there might be a queue.

    Meeting points

    Unless otherwise specified in our confirmation form, we meet in St Mark’s Square at the exit door of the Doge’s Palace (see directions in  Google maps)
